Greatland Office Fit-out – Subiaco
Parry and Rosenthal Architects were commissioned to design, document and administer the fitout of a 1,500sqm office tenancy in Subiaco for Greatland, a leading Australian gold and copper producer. The office comprises a reception area, a large open plan office, multiple meeting rooms, a boardroom, a lounge, a break-out tea-prep-dining area, and utilities and storage. Transparency and openness to the natural light and views around the perimeter are prioritised. Privacy in the board and meeting rooms is achieved with operable sheer curtains that allow the natural light to filter through the glazed walls to spaces behind and keep the interior light and airy. Materials provide comfort and warmth, while the ordered, simple and legible layout reflects the calm professionalism and commercial competence of the company.
