New Aldi Distribution Centre at Jandakot
Parry and Rosenthal Architects

In 2014, ALDI approached and commissioned Parry and Rosenthal Architects to assist with feasibility studies for the selection of a site for its first WA Distribution Centre and Office. Three different sites in three different industrial estates were assessed in detail with the Jandakot site being selected and acquired due to its numerous advantages for this business. One of the key factors was the site’s excellent and direct access to the arterial road and highway network. Parry and Rosenthal provided the Concept and Schematic Designs, and prepared drawings for the Development Approval. The building has now been completed and has facilitated the deployment of multiple ALDI stores throughout Western Australia.
